Yet present-day vehicles embody very high technical standards and they offer supreme reliability, however a costly damage to important and expensive modules components can materialize at any point. When you buy a car from Xpress Car Sales LTD we want to make sure that you are fully protected in all scenarios.

That’s why, all of our cars come with a 6 months warranty (unless otherwise stated) to help protect our customers and give them peace of mind that they’re covered if something goes wrong. This is offered with our warranty partner Momentum Warranties at no extra cost to you.

Free 6 Months Breakdown Cover

But that’s not all – For added peace of mind, all our cars come with 6 Months breakdown cover included (extendable with additional extras and up to 12 months).

What is Covered?

All mechanical and electrical components of the vehicle that were manufacturer’s original fitments except those listed below;

Engine - Rocker assembly valves and guides, cylinder head gaskets, push rods, cam-shaft and cam followers, timing gears and chains, oil pump, pistons, piston pins and rings, cylinder bores, connecting rods and bearings, crankshaft and bearings, distributor drive gear, distributor drive auxiliary shaft and bushes, internal bushes, flywheel and ring gear.
Turbo Charger - Bearings, shafts, impellers, waste gate and valves.
Gearbox - Gears, torque converter, clutch and brake bands, oil pump, shafts, bearings and bushes, valve block, governors, synchromesh hubs, selectors, shafts.
Final Drive Differential Assembly - Crown wheel / pinion gears, planet gears, bearings / bushes, half shafts, drive shafts, constant velocity joints, swivel hubs (all wheel bearings), drive flanges.
Starter Motor - Armature, commutator and bushes, piston gear and drive shaft, bearings and bushes, solenoid.
Alternator - Armature, commutator and bushes, shafts, bearings and bushes, voltage regulator.
Cooling System - Radiator, heater matrix, heater motor, oil cooler, water pump, head gasket, thermostat and thermostat housing, viscous fan.
Electrical System - Window motors, engine management unit, door mirror motors, distributor, ignition coil, electric ignition, wind screen wiper motors, thermostatically controlled cooling fan motor, speedometer head, horn, headlight lift motors, headlight wash pump motor, factory fitted central locking and sunroof motor.
Fuel System - Carburettor, fuel pump, fuel injection, metering unit, air vane meter, pump and injectors, choke unit.
Clutch - Release bearings, pressure plate, clutch fork, master cylinder, slave cylinder.
Braking System - Master cylinder servo, wheel cylinders callipers, vacuum pump, motor and sensors.
Steering & Suspension - Steering rack and pinion, steering box, idler box, power steering unit including pump, self-levelling suspension, compression and control unit.

Components Not Covered

Those regarded as service items or components, which are expected to require periodic replacement. These include, but are not limited to:

Wheels and tyres, spark plugs, glow plugs, wiper blades and arms, auxiliary drive belts, pipes, hoses and cables, SRS airbag systems, seized brake callipers, brake shoes, pads and discs, batteries, lamps and bulbs, fuses, wiring connections and looms, satellite navigation, communication equipment, multimedia systems, remote control transmitters and receivers, bodywork, paintwork, all weather strip and seals, water ingress, all glass including heater elements, trim, upholstery including seat runners.

Timing belts: are covered providing that the last due change of belt has taken place as specified by the manufacturer’s schedules (proof required).

Damage subsequently caused if the timing belt has not been changed, as specified by the manufacturer, is specifically excluded.

PLEASE NOTE: Those components are covered against breakdown, the replacement of oil filters, lubricants, antifreeze and fluids. Is included provided the replacement is necessitated by the failure of a covered component and the vehicle is not within 1,000 miles of its next due service.

The following are specifically excluded;

Any breakdown resulting from wear and tear and/or where a part is worn out.
Any act of breakdown, maintenance or repair normally covered by comprehensive motor insurance policy.
External oil leaks.
Any failure or breakdown of a part which is under any manufacturer’s or supplier’s warranty.
Any MOT failure due to exhaust emission.
The costs of repair to parts not included in your plan.

Please note: Gradual deterioration of performance of a component in line with the age and mileage of the vehicle will be classed as “wear and tear” and excluded from the guarantee. All bodywork and trim, seat belts (any part), glass (including heated screens and door mirrors), sunroof panels, fuel tank, wheels and tyres. Air bags or disposal of air bags.
